About Real Property Management Vesta

Real Property Management Vesta is independently owned and operated, serving all of Central Georgia.  RPM Vesta manages over 800 homes and apartments with annual rents exceeding $10 million. With thirteen full-time staff members – including three licensed real estate professionals – the company is prepared to continue the steady growth that has marked each year of operation since opening in 2015.  RPM Vesta’s office is in downtown Macon, and the company manages over 300 apartments in the downtown area.

What is Vesta?

Vesta is the Roman goddess of home, hearth, and family. We thought it was a suitable name for our business because we vigilantly protect the valuable investments that our homeowner clients have placed in our trust. We also strive to provide comfortable and inviting residences for our customers who lease these homes.

Vesta-Ben

Ben Sapp, Broker/Owner

Ben opened Real Property Management Vesta in 2015 and serves as the company’s Broker. Prior to opening the Vesta office, Ben worked for 11 years at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame – most recently as the museum’s Executive Director.

Vesta-Jake

Jake Montgomery, General Manager

Jake joined the RPM Vesta team in 2016 as the company’s first hire. He has worked in all aspects of property management and currently supervises the asset management team who are tasked with maintaining, protecting, and enhancing the properties under management. Jake also oversees new business development and is a licensed Realtor.

Vesta-Beth

Beth Carmichael, Director of Operations

Beth began her career in property management in 2019 as the on-site manager of a 60-unit high-rise apartment building in Downtown Macon. In her current role, Beth supervises the operations team responsible for marketing, leasing, renewals, and compliance issues. Beth, too, is a licensed Realtor.
